How does Pipevoz fit into my CRM?

Like a fork: the lead comes from your CRM (HubSpot, RD, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Ploomes) or from a list, goes through the calls inside Pipevoz, and returns to the original card with transcript, tabulation and the data you want. You can also operate 100% in Pipevoz's internal CRM if you don't have one.

Do I need to hire telephony separately?

No. Telephony is fully included. Bring your own telephony (BYOT) is coming soon.

How does the trial work?

R$ 5 of real credit to explore the platform — no card, no contract. If you want to continue, choose a plan; if not, no pressure.

Does the voice actually sound human?

We use state-of-the-art providers for synthesis and understanding — the voices sound natural, handle conversation detours and respond intelligently.

What happens when it reaches voicemail?

We don't charge for detected voicemail. We have a state-of-the-art system that handles this automatically.

Is there an API?

We provide a REST API + inbound and outbound webhooks — trigger a call, receive results, update leads.
