Does Pipevoz integrate with HubSpot, RD Station and Pipedrive?

Yes. Native integrations with HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Ploomes. The lead leaves your CRM, goes through calls in Pipevoz and returns to the card with transcript, tabulation and extracted fields. Also works with Agendor, Moskit, Bitrix24, Zoho CRM and custom systems via API and webhooks.

Do I need to switch CRMs to use Pipevoz?

No. Pipevoz is a dialing layer on top of your existing flow. Your team keeps using HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Ploomes or another CRM. Without a mature CRM, you can run on Pipevoz's internal kanban.

Do I need a technical team to use Pipevoz?

No. You can operate the platform independently or choose a plan with our team by your side to create agents, build integrations and provide dedicated support.

How does Pipevoz fit into my CRM?

Like a fork: the lead comes from your CRM (HubSpot, RD, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Ploomes) or from a list, goes through the calls inside Pipevoz, and returns to the original card with transcript, tabulation and the data you want. You can also operate 100% in Pipevoz's internal CRM if you don't have one.

Do I need to hire telephony separately?

No. Telephony is fully included. Bring your own telephony (BYOT) is coming soon.

Does the voice actually sound human?

We use state-of-the-art providers for synthesis and understanding - the voices sound natural, handle conversation detours and respond intelligently.

What happens when it reaches voicemail?

We don't charge for detected voicemail and unanswered calls. We have a state-of-the-art system that handles this automatically.

Is there an API?

We provide a REST API + inbound and outbound webhooks - trigger a call, receive results, update leads.

Can I use just WhatsApp or SMS, without voice agents?

Yes. WhatsApp and SMS work as independent products - you can run campaigns and dispatches without ever setting up a voice agent. You can also combine all three whenever you want.

Can I cancel slots whenever I want?

Yes. Reduce or cancel slots from the app at any time - no annual contract, no penalty. Your remaining credit balance stays available until you use it. Data exportable in CSV/JSON.
